Redskins coach had procedure to unclog artery (Sports Illustrated)

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Washington Redskins coach Joe Gibbs disclosed that he underwent an operation to unclog an artery to his heart. "Several weeks ago on the advice of my doctor, I had a common, precautionary procedure to clear up a blockage in one artery," Gibbs said Wednesday.
